Operator: Gray Land Commerce (“we,” “us,” “our”), operating the NeighborClick Local business directory and associated publications at local.graylandcommerce.click (the “Site”).

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational business directory and local media publisher. It lists local businesses and organizations, publishes articles, podcast episodes, and video shows about local business and community life, and operates an email insider list. Using the Site means you accept these Terms.

2. Directory listings — informational only

Listings are provided for general information. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or complete.
Listing information comes from public records, publicly available data, the businesses themselves, and user submissions. We may seed listings from public sources to help the community find local businesses.
Confirm details with the business before relying on them — hours, addresses, phone numbers, and services change.
We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business.

3. Claiming and correcting a listing

A business owner (or authorized representative) may claim their listing and request corrections.
We verify ownership before granting control of a listing. If you believe a listing about your business is wrong, contact us at nextclickinsiders@graylandcommerce.click and we will review it.
We may correct, update, or remove listings at our discretion.

4. Your submissions

When you submit a listing, review, photo, comment, or other content:

You promise it is truthful to the best of your knowledge and does not violate anyone’s rights.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt it on the Site and our publications.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.
We may moderate, edit for clarity, or remove submissions at our discretion. We are a platform for third-party submissions; we do not endorse or verify user-submitted content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-copy directory data; submit false business information; impersonate a business; interfere with the Site’s operation; or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

6. Our content is proprietary

Articles, videos, audio, show formats, stories, graphics, and all other original material on the Site are the property of Gray Land Commerce and are protected by copyright. You may share links to our content; you may not republish, copy, or adapt it without written permission.

Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. See our Disclaimer.

8. Warranty disclaimer and liability limit

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your submissions or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Michigan.

11. Changes and contact
